Hey, I’m Barb. I’m a therapist who helps people kick depression and anxiety to the curb using CBT and DBT. Basically, we’ll dig into the stuff that keeps you stuck, challenge those crappy thought patterns, and build coping skills that actually work in real life.

My goal in every session is for you to walk out feeling heard, understood, and like you’ve got a game plan—because let’s be real, life throws a hell of a lot at us.

But here’s the thing: therapy isn’t just about the techniques. It’s about connection. I’ll show up as a real person, not a robot with a clipboard, and we’ll figure this out together.
